2011 W2

Remember Securitas Security Services USA has until the end of January to send out W2's. Branch Offices do not have control over this. If for some reason you do not receive a W2 by the end of February you can go to www.eprintview.com and retrieve it.
A. Using a Web browser, go to www.eprintview.com
B. Enter the Log in ID: Your Social Security Number with no dashes.
C. Enter your password; your birth date formatted as follows MMDDYY (no dashes).
D. Enter the Securitas Employer Pin 1645
E. Click the Log in button.

  1. Hi Larry!! I'm a former employee of Securitas. I tried the website given as shown above, but the issue is that the have the year I was born wrong, but even so, it should still log me in when I use the year that Securitas has right? Or is it not letting anyone log in until February since they aren't available until February 1st? Thanks so much!

    1. I just went on the site this morning. It should work for you. If not you should contact your HR Representative in your Branch to have them fix it.

    3. Larry, I am a former employee who resigned in November 2011. I used your instructions above, and the site returned an "Invalid information" response. Thank you for any help you may offer. mortar23@hotmail.com

    4. Okay if you only worked in 2011 calendar year the w2 is not available till February 1. If you are still having problems after February then contact your local HR Rep.
Securitas has always been slow in issuing W2s it's mainly due to the sheer volume (90,000+) employees. Not to mention the USPS inability to coop with such a large volume coming from one source.

  6. Hey Larry,

I know this is off subject but you seem to be very informed. My anniversary date is April 5th. I recieved my vacation check on that date in 2010 and near that every year previously but last year I recieved it on 4/12 and I haven't recieved it yet this year (it's 4/18 now and my epay doesn't have it listed yet). I'm at a post that is far off the beaten path and have only spoken to my HR twice in 10 years, should I call them about this or is there a new policy concerning vacation pay dates I'm unaware of. Thanks!

    2. Thank you, just called them and glad I did. They were just behind on getting them proccessed and mailed out and said they'd just mailed them yesterday, so I should be looking for mine next week. Thank you again and thank you for the great blog, it's helped inform me more than any official securitas resource, they should be paying your for this!
